The PAWS (Pangbourne and Whitchurch Sustainability) group have discovered that recent legislation regarding planning applications for solar energy collectors such as photovoltaic arrays appears to be ambiguous. As a result there has been some confusion about what does and what does not require planning consent. We now have a definitive reply from SODC.
